Your Repair Journey.
Collision repair can feel unfamiliar. Our team helps guide you through the process from your first estimate through to the day your repaired vehicle is ready for pickup.
Estimate
Make an appointment with our team and bring your vehicle in for an estimate. An estimator will review the vehicle, document the visible collision damage, take photographs and prepare an initial estimate.
Approval
The repair plan goes through the required authorization process before repairs begin. For an insurance claim, this can include communication with your insurer, review of the estimate and obtaining approval to proceed.
Repair
Once authorized, your vehicle moves into the repair stage. Damaged components are repaired or replaced as required. If additional hidden damage is discovered during disassembly, the repair plan may be updated.
Refinish
After the required body repairs are completed, repaired surfaces are prepared for refinishing. The refinishing process restores the appearance and finish of the repaired areas.
Quality Check
Before your vehicle is returned, our team reviews the completed work. Repaired areas, fit and finish, appearance and the overall completed repair are checked.
Pickup
Once repairs and final checks are complete, we’ll contact you to let you know your vehicle is ready. Your repaired vehicle is returned to you so you can get confidently back on the road.
