As owner of the Jack’s Auto Family, Dave brings extensive automotive and towing knowledge to the business. He remains actively involved in the day-to-day operations and takes pride in the quality of service the Jack’s team provides.

Ringo takes his title as the Owner’s Personal Assistant very seriously. As Dave’s right-hand man, he accompanies him on estimates and tow calls, conducts regular shop-floor inspections and helps keep daily operations running smoothly — all while maintaining a perfect attendance record. Ringo loves meeting customers and will happily trot over to say hello, but he prefers a respectful “look, don’t touch” approach to personal space.

Candi manages the accounting side of the Jack’s Auto Family, helping keep the behind-the-scenes details organized and running smoothly across the businesses.

Cory works with customers to assess vehicle damage and prepare repair estimates, helping ensure each repair begins with a thorough understanding of the work required.

Michelle oversees the day-to-day operations of the body shop, helping coordinate the repair process and keeping work moving efficiently from estimate through completion.

Danielle is part of the front-line customer service team, helping customers throughout the repair process and keeping communication organized between customers and the shop.

Stephanie works across several areas of the Jack’s Auto Family, coordinating accounts payable and receivable, administrative and HR responsibilities, marketing, and day-to-day business support.

Byron brings extensive hands-on knowledge to the body shop and works on collision repairs that restore vehicles safely and properly.

Soran is part of the skilled body shop team completing collision repairs and helping return damaged vehicles to pre-accident condition.

Doug is an Autobody Journeyman who works on collision repairs and body work, helping restore damaged vehicles throughout the repair process.

Lisa handles vehicle detailing and final cleanup, helping ensure repaired vehicles are clean, polished and ready for customers when the repair process is complete.

Dakoda prepares vehicles and repaired surfaces for refinishing, helping create the foundation for a high-quality finished result.

Nolan handles vehicle refinishing and paint work, bringing knowledge and attention to detail to the final stages of the repair process.

Tammy helps keep the property, yard and work areas organized and maintained, supporting the day-to-day operation of the Jack’s team.

Myles assists with a variety of day-to-day tasks around the shop and property, helping the team with general labour, maintenance and keeping work areas organized.
